ZERO WASTE POP UP DINING EXPERIENCE BY CHEF RONAN FOX - 24 November 2023

7pm in Kennedy Glasgow Centre, Ballina.
Join us for a unique and eco-friendly dining experience at our Zero Waste pop up event! Indulge in a delicious meal that highlights how to focus on local and sustainable options, while reducing waste - and all the while creating delicious dishes!

Local chef Ronan Fox will prepare a mouthwatering menu using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. We believe that by making small changes in our daily lives, we can make a big impact. Our Zero Waste pop up dining experience aims to inspire and educate guests about sustainable practices.

This event is part of Ballina's Climate Action Weekend (24-25 November 2023), with support from Ballina 2023, CARO Atlantic Seaboard North and AIB. Key priorities for this year’s programme include highlighting funding opportunities for businesses and communities, and promoting responsible consumption and production via the circular economy.
